Gcash link to paypal

Why it won't allow me to link my gcash to my paypal account? I need answers please what should i do?

Hi @Maureenq 

Not sure what the issue you're facing is, but here are the described requirements by GCash:

• Your first and last name on PayPal must be identical with your first and last name on your GCash account. Hence, both accounts must be owned by the same person.
• The PayPal account must be set up in the Philippines.
• The Paypal account must be a personal-type account (non-business account).

You will also need to be fully verified on the GCash app (you can do it in-app), and fully verified on PayPal to then proceed with cash-in.
