GCash money transfer

I decided to trnasfer 20 USD to my gcash balance today, it was deducted to my paypal balance but it wasnt added to my gcash balance. Is this a server problem?

I am having the same issue. I cashed in yesterday but the money was not transfered to G-cash. It did deduct in my paypal balance. I contacted customer support for Globe G-Cash but they said it's a paypal issue. I'm now having problem who to contact about this. This is so frustrating.

Is it possible to file a dispute for a refund at globe for this?

I contacted G-Care support about this, but as of now no responses. I'll give it 24 hours, thanks for the response.
