Just had a payment issued to me for work I'm doing on a job how do I get my money sooner than 21 days?

Click add tracking in the transaction details, select an order status (Order Processed or Service Rendered), then contact sender to confirm receipt on their end of the transaction details.

You have to repeat this process until your funds are released to you automatically when you have build up a good transaction history at PayPal with no dispute or reported problems on these transactions.
