Funds withdrawing error

I use PayPal for business purposes at first it was working smoothly untill I few days that I notice that I can withdraw funds. When ever I try to withdraw funds to my visa card it say PayPal need more information so I should contact PayPal service customers. Please what could be the problem.

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code sent to your card statement when you added it?

If so then all you can do is contact customer services as advised.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
