Hello people,must I link my paypall acckunt with a bank account for me to be able to withdraw funds from paypal to bank account or I can still use my debit card?

I mean bank account not acckunt ..... This is especially to the kenyan citizens.

PayPal accounts in Kenya are not able to withdraw directly to a linked card. Available withdrawal options are either a US bank account, or the PayPal M-PESA withdrawal service.
