Funds withdrawal to card

Hello, please come to my aid, this is not my first time of withdrawing to card, I tried it now and it's giving me a response of "sorry, but we need more information, please contact customer service for assistance." Thanks Country: Lesotho Type: Business Account.

I would contact customer services then as advised?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option (if available in your country) or the email option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page if you want to use the phone option. Log in and get the code.
