Funds transfer not working and very poor customer service

I am having terrible problems with PayPal. I tried transferring the balance into our bank account. The worse thing is I cannot get anyone to help me resolve this. I have sent numerous emails, tried the chat window and telephoned them. This morning they said they would help me resolve this and look into the matter. What they did was left me on hold for over 30 minutes with the most irritating music playing in the back ground. By the time I reached boiling point I just had to hang up. I was getting nowhere. So the situation is this. There is money in our PayPal account but we cannot access it.
 
I desperately need help but nobody at Paypal seems to want to help me.

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?

Thanks for coming back to me and here are the answers to all your questions.

 

I have not withdrawn funds with this account before, it is fairly new

We are trying to move the funds into a bank

The error is "Sorry, something’s not right, please try again later."

Verified / confirmed your bank account in September 2018

The funds are available (so I assume not pending)

Currency is UK £ Sterling

This is CHINDI Paypal Account and CHINDI AUTHORS CIC is the bank

 

The payments were for tickets to our events so there was nothing to ship to the customers. They just attended the events the last of which was a ghost tour on 29th of June.

Could be the name difference as it has to exactly match the name on your bank account.

Best check with c.s. as not sure on this one.

Thanks for your reply and I've tried all these things. The telephone support was terrible as they just left me on hold and it seemed obvious that after a 20-30 minutes, no one was coming back to me.

 

I have sent a message to Twitter link you suggested.

I have also sent a contact form but the reply was automated and didn't really resolve anything.

 

What do you mean by c.s?

 

When I set this account up we verified the bank and the email so all was working. If you think the name is important in transferring funds then it might be easier to change our PayPal account name. But do you know how to do this? I can't seem to edit anything.
