Funds transfer from UK to NZ from bank account

Hi, I want to know what the fees would be if I received a lump sum payment of £4000 from my sister's uk bank account into my nz PayPal account? I would then transfer to my nz bank account. Are fees applicable on this? And do the fees vary dependent on the amount
