I am unable to contact Paypal by any means to access my funds that have been on hold for over 180 days even though there have been no chargebacks etc. They advised by email in April that they would email me to explain how to access them - surprise surprise we have not received anything - I assume they believe people will just forget and not bother to reclaim their monies. Any advice as to how I can get the funds back ? Thankyou
