Funds on hold

I sent 100 dollars to a friend days ago and somehow it was sent as a payment and is showing sent and recieved on her end. But is placed on hold. What action can i take to release funds faster for her

If you didn't send using the friends / family option then they would have to wait 21 days for the funds to be released unfortunately.
