Funds on hold

Hello i have sold something, buyer has recieved but they cant find the recieved/comoleted button to click in order for my funds to be released, as per paypals advice to myself, can anyone help please? Many thanks

That option is available for digital / virtual goods or goods collected by the buyer.

If you sent trackable with a paypal shipping label then funds are normally released once tracking shows the item as delivered + 1 day.
