Hi has anyone experienced an issue receiving a payment from a buyer? The funds are on hold in Pay Pal apparently but there was extra money transferred for a shipment payment that I had to pay to western union, Then I had to reply with a copy of the WU Reciept No. to pay pal to release funds but the e-mail I had to reply to does not accept these e-mails at all. I’m not a regular Pay Pal user and I’m confused about this whole process. Does this sound normal or odd to everyone?
