it has been passed 14 days and my money transferred to BDO has not yet reflected. AND CUSTOMER SERVICR REPS are soooo incompetent. Theyre more likely telling you that they cannot help pu at all and forget about your missing 18k. wtf.really? can somebody help me here,pls?
