A dilemma here, now i sent a parcel on 21/12/20 via parcelforce, however royalmail took it instead and a swap had to be initiated. long story short the buyer has the package but tracking shows its still in the first stages of being collected and paypal won't release funds unless the tracking shows its been delivered, anyone i can contact on here that can help?
