No, sorry. FNF is a gift payment. Rule of thumb is to never send FNF to someone you do not know. Even if they ask you to as there is no purchase protection for that. Don't even try to file an unauthorized payment dispute because you yourself initiated the payment and PayPal can check this and close your case.
