Hi, I can't change paying for items or services to friend and family When I send payment I have only one option "paying for items or services". Any hints, what is wrong?
Sorry but sending friends and family payment option is not available for Kuwait PayPal accounts. Can only send money for goods and services. Friends and family payment option not available for every country.
