Fraud

I have been trying to resolve a fraud issue for 2 months. Initially PayPal allowed a fraudulent charge to go through on 06/08/20.

Unfortunately an ongoing charge has has been going back and forth between my financial institution and  PayPal.

Sad to say I owe them both money at this time. I think they both don't know what is right. I am done with both of them and will never do business with either of  them again.
