Has anyone ever had a fraud dispute with PayPal with no positive results? Just an on going insulting no results problem? I think they are just trying to steal my money. My financial institution told my they sent the money back 2 times and I repaid them once so that means PayPal received the monies 3 times!!! So why do I owe them money on my account???
