Title says a lot of it - basically I found the login details for an old paypal of mine and there is some money left in the balance of the account. I'm trying to withdraw it but it says paypal requires more information from me. The problem is that I cannot provide what they are asking for (ID and a linked debit card/ bank account from the country the paypal is registered to). I've moved country twice since using the account. There isn't much money in it but it's mine and i'd like to know how I can withdraw it to my current active pp account thanks.
