Fix bug in paypal site

please tell paypal to fix the bug in the site.

I can't update my expired card.

I have tried for a month and more. but still nothing.

I got always the same message.

Hi @pannik, 

Sorry if you're having an issue updating your card. I could see how this would cause frustration. 

The best way to get this done is to add it as a new card. If you add it as a new card, our system will recognize that it's the same card and update the expiration date.

I had tried, but I have a message "my bank not accept to connect my card with PayPal'. I added a new card from another bank. I am ok now.
