First time seller.

Client received my package on 3/20/21 (via UPS) in good condition.  I sent tracking info on my Activity page.  PayPal has put my money on hold.  How do I get my money off hold?  Is there something I missed?  Is there something my client needs to do?  I tried to call PayPal and recorded message says they are closed (10:30 CST).
