If someone send money but can't find in your account? Where do I go to check on it and or if they send to a wrong account how do I go about it or how can I get money in right account?

What does it say next to the transaction in THE SENDERS Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
