Pay Pal is a registered money transmitter in many states. If they are holding your money file a complaint online. You can find the states they are registered in along with their license numbers and the address they have used for their registries at https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/licenses. Most states will allow you to file a complaint online and will allow you to upload documents or screenshots in support of your case. Take action now. If enough of us file formal complaints against PayPal with government regulators we can succeed in forcing it to change it’s predatory business practices or have it’s licenses revoked. Don’t continue to allow PayPal to hold and use your hard earned money for it’s benefit at your expense. If we all take action we can cease being victims and instead force them to be accountable for their unconscionable actions.
