So i Am going tot by a second hand item with the 'Send Money' feature, so i Will have to select 'Goods' and not a 'Personal/Gift Payment' tot get the protection right? But i agreed with the seller that i would pay the fee that comes with that, is there An option that it isn't him but me who Gets to pat the fee?

You would need to pay via goods / services but its against paypal rules for the seller to request that you pay the fee.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Well he didn't ask, it was my idea since he is so nice to pay the shipping Costs, but i guess i just have to add the costs of the fee myself then?
