False transaction

Hi there,

My account was hacked on 15th April. Paypal emailed me on 29th that they have reviewed the unauthorised claim for the payment  made on your closed PayPal account and have accepted the claim and refund will be processed back to my card within 14 days. 

Nothing has happened since then, just had been passed my case for different person to deal with. Last time (5 days ago) I received a message which says I will get a prompt reply within 48 hours.

Today I have received an email from paypal that the amount was DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT instead of refund.

Please help!
