Failure of Cash In to GCash

After verification of my identity by submitting required documents,still I could not send my money to GCash.I've bern using Gcash for a long time already,it was verified too.So I don't know why I fail whenever I try to Cash In.please help

You may have to unlink and relink PayPal with GCash because the pre-approved payments is temporary and up to a certain limit (amount) and you'd have to re-link the accounts again.

To unlink GCash:

Go to Account Settings (wheel icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.

Then follow the instructions in the GCash link to set up pre-approved payments again.
