Failed withdrawal

Hi! I'm trying to withdraw my funds from my account, i've linked a visa debit card which i have been using for withdrawal a few times already but when i tried to withdraw this time, it says theres no bank linked in my account so i've tried to remove the card and link it again but same issue happens. Can somebody help me with this issue please...thanks!

The Same for me; the withdrawal from my PayPal account to my credit card fail; I call the help center many times; still nothing changes; hope the problem will be resolved soon.
