Failed withdrawal

I made a withdrawal of a large amount from my PayPal balance to my bank account. This was done on the 8th of November 2019, the transfer was completed on the 11th of November 2019. Unfortunately no funds showed up in my bank account. I’ve contacted my bank as well as PayPal and have had no help what so ever. Today 3/12/19, my bank have emailed me to say they have sent the funds “back to source” (PayPal). They say this was done on the 18th of November 2019 as the amount exceeded my bank account limits. My PayPal balance is still £0.00 and no one can answer my queries as to where my money is, it’s £9000 and this is causing me so much stress and effecting my health. Please someone help!!! TIA

Me too. I didn't received my money yet. I called paypal earlier but they told me to call back on December 10, 2019 to request for a trace. They can't do it today yet since still the 13th business day. Need to wait 14th business days for the trace to be requested:-(
