A day ago, I became an established seller fulfilling all the criteria. I even got an email from PayPal saying that all my future transactions will no longer have holds.
Yet the next three transactions, still have 21 day holds on them.
They were the same type of transactions before, same product, literally nothing changed.
I have no weird selling pattern, or anything in the "Why are my funds on hold?" section of the help in PayPal.
