FEES OVERCHARGED FOR SENDING MONEY.

Hi all,

I have noticed paypal charged me £3.99 for sending money to another paypal account in Venezuela. 

Even when I send $10, they charged me nearly 50%. I stopped sending money after discover that high charge.

So far, customer service seems unreachable, and this is getting really annoying.

How can anyone charge over 50% ???

I feel, I have to use other cheap option and withdraw all my funds in paypal account.

FEES are listed in paypals user agreement.

I can't see that amount in user agreement. If I knew they charge that, I wouldn't have sent the money in the first place.

Because is broad daylight robbery to me.
