Extracting my funds when travelling?

Hi, I have some money on my Paypal account and I wanted to know what's the best way for me to access this money while I'm not in my country. I don't have a credit card, so I usually do my transfers to my bank account, but I wanted to know if there was another way for me to pay for things using Paypal while abroad.

Notify PayPal customer service and inform them of your travel plans and that you'll need use of your account:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
