Established seller but hold on funds? Confused!?!

I received an email from PayPal yesterday saying I am now an established seller blah blah blah and that funds would be immediately available but I just got a payment and as per usual there is a hold on it. Why is that? What should/could I do to rectify this? Thanks so much!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

PayPal can still put a hold on certain transactions that they may deem risky or unusual or in larger amount than usual based on you selling pattern activity after they take you off the hold regimen. The only difference is the just don't do it for every transaction.
