Error when adding Payoneer EU Bank Account

Hello

When I try adding my Payoneer EU IBAN to Paypal in order to withdraw money, I get the following error:

We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later

Any ideas why?

Paypal does not support payoneer unfortunately as its a 'virtual' bank.
