I'm sorry to hear you're unable to withdraw your funds, that can definitely be frustrating. This is typically related to either a restriction on your account (which you can see in the Resolution Center, or by a notification at the top right of your account page), or due to our internal security. If this is related to a limitation, you'll need to resolve it in order to use the account again.
