In general, you can withdraw your money in different ways. There may be multiple reasons why you would be unable to withdraw your funds to your card such as, for example if your account has been limited or due to security reasons. In the first case, please check your Resolution Centre. In the second case, we would not be able to override our security system but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
