Error message when trying to link a credit card.

I'm trying to link a prepaid credit card to my account, but every time I get the following message that prevents me from doing so:

"We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

I've already linked the same card once, but I unlinked it and when I tried to link this card again (and another one too), this message appeared. It's happening with me and with a friend of mine too. 

The cards we are using are the WebMoney Prepaid Card Lite and the WebMoney Prepaid Card.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble linking your prepaid card to your account.  For this situation, I would suggest you contact us to provide additional details.  To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.  I hope this helps.
