For 24 hours I've been trying to convert a payment sent to me. Trying to convert it tom GBP from US Dollar. I've done this tons of times from the same payer. Now I'm getting the same error message over and over. Been to customer service and tech support. Both are pointing for me to go back to each other. Getting the run-around over something so simple! Here's the error message after I click "convert now" "We’re sorry, things don’t appear to be working right now. Try again later.'
I have been having the exact same problem. It started about a week ago.
I sent a message and the reply was ""try a different browser".
I have done that and the problem still occurs. I'm waiting to see what they suggest next...
