I have a problem with adding my Visa card to Paypal. I've had my old Visa linked to my account for 5 years and there was no problem. A few months ago the old Visa expired and I got a new one. Been unable to link it to my Paypal account ever since. I've contacted the card issuer and confirmed that the card is active, rechecked the billing address on the statement and everything else I could think of..no luck. the error still says: We can't complete this right now.
Yeah, thaught of that too, no go. Won't accept the card. Looks like everything is ok, but the message says it can't be done without explanation. But thanks for your quick response
