Entered card number instead of account number

Hi. Can someone please help me with my problem? I accidentally put my CARD number instead of my ACCOUNT number when I transferred money. The money should have been in my account today but it didn't show up. On my PayPal it already said "Transaction Complete" but when I looked at my account, it's not there. Will it bounce back to my PayPal? Should I go to the bank and ask about it? I think there isn't another person with that same account number and it's also under my name right?

 

Any advice would really be appreciated.

Hi @maegeneral, Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. What I can suggest is to reach out to your financial institution to check. I am pretty sure there is no person that would have the same name you have with the same account number. I hope this helps.
