Have two shipments from Eastern Canada with pending status for payment since 6/18. One approx. $4000 and $2000. Why is payment not made? I linked my bus. bank card account and sufficient funds are there. Do I need to transfer like amount of funds into PayPal to make this work. Or is the fact the seller is out of country that the transaction is held up?
