Edureka a Indian based company , Sell online courses and I bought a course from them and pis via a link sent by one of there representative on 5th May 2020. After making payment I found out that they have taken a 2 payments of same amount. When contacted them for refunding the one payment in error , they agree to refund one payment made in error , but since 6th May 2020 the refund is still pending and the 2 payments are already taken out of my bank account . I am unable to raise a issue with PayPal regarding that transaction as it is showing being refunded but money not received yet . What should I do to received my hard earned money back .
