Editing Tracking in PayPal

I sold a textbook last week and apparently entered the tracking number in wrong by one number.  I easily corrected it on eBay and assumed it would update with PayPal.  I was wrong.  My funds are now on hold because of the lack of a valid tracking number.  I have called PayPal twice.  They have told me to edit the tracking number in PayPal, but each time I do there is a technical error on that page.  They also suggested I ask the buyer to log in to his account and confirm receipt.  I have also tried this.... with no response. 

Any suggestions or similar experiences?  I do not want to wait 21 days for PayPal to release my funds.

Thank you for the link. That location is actually where I'm having the issue. I try to edit my tracking and it goes to a page error. It's becoming really frustrating. Thanks for trying to help!
