Edit(ing) a linked bank

I have a bank linked to PP, but i made a boo-boo!!!!

I provided an inaccurate routing #,now a payment cannot be completed.

I have gone as far as removing/deleting the link, but it thinks it still exists.....Edit the linked account somehow?

Been trying to reach PP, but high phone backlog...no help there.
