So I shipped an item worth £650 on the 5th it arrived with tracking information the the 6th of September. I have waited the full 21 days, ebay say they have released the funds multiple times but the issue is with paypal that they are still on hold, paypal claims its ebays glitch and fault.
Neither of the companies are resolving this issue and instead insist I call each other, over and over again. It seems my money is in Limbo forever. Absolutely terrible support from Paypal and EBay, neither will contact each other to resolve the issue.
I am so frustrated and a bit sick that I've lost £650 it seems.
Has anyone else been affected by this "bug"?
