i had a few transactions through selling on ebay last night- however for two transactions - PayPal is asking for further info such as tracking numbers.
however i have not dispatched the items yet as it was only ordered last night.
What have i done wrong - how do i fix this? - i have over 30 postage orders to complete and i missing out on sales.

There will be instances where PayPal will ask you to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction by uploading the tracking details. The funds will most-likely be placed on hold.
