Ebay payments

Hello i have problem with payment on ebay it was declined because of my card and then on paypal account i cant confirm my credit card because it said it is exceeded, what should i do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to complete your payment or confirm your card. Does the error say that your attempts to confirm the card have been exceeded? If that is the case, if means that you've entered incorrect confirmation code information too many times. As a security measure, that will prevent the card from being confirmed. Please contact customer service to see if there are any options available to confirm the card beyond that process.
