Hi everyone, I made a purchase using my credit card on ebay, the seller apparently has an issue with his paypal account and neither of us can cancel the purchase/payement. I contacted ebay support for 5 times and they finally told to me to open a case with paypal. the thing is I cannot open a case without an account used to purchase the goods. Please help I spent the entire afternoon with ebay to get here finally. Thanks in advance
