Duplicate direct debit

I have just noticed I have been charged again for same amount, also have two direct debit accounts from PayPal with different references but ending same date why is this been duplicated and I am now being charged again.

If you see the duplicate transactions in your PayPal Activity list, click on the first one and click ‘Report a problem’, then click ‘I have billing issue’. On the next step, click ‘Duplicate transaction’ option and follow the on-screen prompts.

Hi sorry it’s showing two duplicate account in my standing orders on my internet banking
