Dropshipping business, receiving payments

So we've searched & researched our suppliers very well & finally set up a drop-shipping business as You can imagine. Our issue now is, how are we supposed to pay our suppliers when the funds only reflect in our account after the products/merchandise have been delivered ?

The 'new seller' hold does not last for long and once paypal think you are a trusted seller then the hold is removed.
