So on October 6, I spent money TWICE on Riot games and I had around 18-20 dollars in my paypal balance, I spent 16 dollars but then the next day (I didnt send anything not even on the card I linked it to) It took money from the card. It removed money from my paypal balance with the amount I spent (I still had enough in my paypal balance and I know the price was less than my total balance (price is 16 and balance is 18-20 dollars) so why did it take money from the debit card??? I did not spend more money on the game and I still had some left on my paypal balance.
